Thank you to those who came out to our outdoors extravaganza this April! Not only were we able to have this fun outing at our new site at Saint Thomas’ Church on Providence Road, the kids also enjoyed the glorious spring day…. since we’ve barely had spring around here recently!
One of the biggest crowd-pleasers was the creation of the “Tree Faces” on different trunks lining the parking lot. The children repurposed items they found at the edge of the woods and adorned their clay with the items. We think they turned out pretty great! It was pretty fun to “hang” with some of the critters that came by to check us out, too!
