As I’m sure we can all relate, it’s difficult to learn about something new (or “new to you”) and not share it with those you love in the hopes that the positive affect trail carries on. Part of my personal vision is to work with and empower families to consider the possibility that there may be more out there for them than what was previously thought possible.
A part of doing this introspective work is knowing what is out there, believing you can achieve it, and trusting the process that gets you there. Creating vision boards is the first step in this process… and can be done with “children” of all ages!
On Thursday, December 20 from 1:00-3:00 pm, Global Foundations Tutorial is offering space and support for you and your children to do so. We know it’s a busy time of year, yet what better way to start 2019 on a positive note than to really know what you are going after? We’ll have the supplies, magazines, and some light snacks. Feel free to bring any embellishments/photos/pictures that you would like to use on your own personal board.
If you could please RSVP to let us know that you will be attending, this will help us have the correct amount of supplies and food for all. It is our intention to work with the children so adults can spend some precious moments crafting their own boards. We plan on having the snacks and social/free time after the boards are created and spending the rest of our time together socializing. This is also a great time to ask us any questions you might have about GFT or our new umbrella, so feel free to bring them, as well!
