Whew! Does time fly or what?! We are excited to announce our 2019-2020 Global Foundations Tutorial semester dates!
Opening Day: Tuesday, September 10, 2019
Thanksgiving Break: November 26 and 28
Holiday Break: December 24, 26, 31 and January 2
Winter Break: February 18, 20
Spring Break: April 7, 9
Last Day: Thursday, May 21
We are adding 4 weeks to our tutorial calendar next year so that we can offer even more value to families! GFT will continue to run from 9:00-3:00 on Tuesdays and Thursday when we are in session at St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church, 1108 Providence Road, Towson, 21286.
In the case of inclement weather that makes it unsafe for GFT to open, we will have make-up days during winter and spring break. We loved having the kids play in the snow together this year and feel very fortunate that the unpredictable weather worked in our favor this year!
Curious about our tutorial or umbrella? Have you heard about our “Homeschooling 101” drop-in sessions? These new, monthly sessions are designed for those with questions about our tutorial, umbrella, and homeschooling in general. They fall during our lunch and play break at the tutorial, so feel free to bring a packed lunch (or not!) for you and your kids and plan to stay as long as you would like from 12:00-1:00. Our final offering for this school year is on Thursday, May 9. It will be held in the fellowship hall to the left of the Patio at St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church in Towson (1108 Providence Road)… unless we are eating and playing outside! Just look for our sign.
